FAQ For Caribbean Netherlands Students: Study or Work in Netherlands


Are you or your child(ren) going to Holland for studies?


These Q&A lists provides detailed information about the health insurance in The Netherlands and the BSN (Dutch Burger Service Number Citizen Service Number).




As of this year, all students who obtained DUO study financing automatically also received a BSN number.


Those, going to Holland for a study program of minimally 3 years, are advised to carefully read the document for Residents before leaving the island and follow the instructions.


Those, going to Holland for a study program of less than 3 years, are advised to carefully read the version for Non-residents before leaving the island and follow the instructions.
