Saba Splash is thrilled to announce a lineup of activities in honor of World Water Day, all geared towards elevating awareness about water conservation and sustainability endeavors. World Water Day is observed annually on March 22nd. This day serves as a reminder of the importance of safeguarding and appreciating our water resources. This year, our theme "Every Drop Counts, Sustain Today, Preserve Tomorrow," signifies the crucial importance of cherishing our planet's most precious resource – Water!
Saba Splash is proud to take part in this global initiative through three days of events:
Day 1 March 20th, 2024
The focus will be on Saba Splash's commitment to promoting the consumption of quality water. Join us at designated water booths located in the Windwardside Parking Lot in front of Bizzy B from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and in the Bottom Government Gazebo from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Day 2 March 21st, 2024
Additionally, we invite the public to an open day at the Saba Splash water bottling plant. The facility will be open from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. so we welcome you to pass by any time.
Day 3 March 22nd, 2024
We are organizing a Solidarity Water Hike, symbolizing the long journey many families undertake to access water in undeveloped nations. The hike will start at the Wells Bay gazebo and go to Ladder Bay and back up. We will be accompanied by Event 66 and Fit with Lee. Free refreshments, snacks, and giveaways will be provided for all participants.
Public Entity Saba and Saba Splash extend an invitation to the Saban community to join us in these activities, fostering solidarity and strengthening our sense of community. Together, let's make every drop count, sustain today, preserve tomorrow.
