The Public Entity Saba has worked on installing a water grid from the Fort Bay Harbor to and through all villages to distribute Reverse Osmosis (RO) water, making it more accessible to the delivery truck drivers and supplying the water for the water bottling plant. This project, subsidized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment, has made the cost of RO water lower and provides affordable drinking water for the community.

Is Saba Splash safe to drink? How is the RO water processed into drinking water?

The RO water goes through purification at the Saba Splash bottling plant, and we add minerals which are calcium and magnesium. An independent lab tests every batch of water in St. Maarten to ensure that it meets all the legal standards for drinking water. After testing, the water goes through the bottling process.
